Douglas Brent Felts, 66, passed away on June 30, 2026, in Atchison, Kansas. He was born September 17th, 1959, in Hiawatha, Kansas to Lloyd and Helen Felts of Hiawatha.

He is survived by his son, Tanner Lund; his grandson, Forrest Lund; his sister Carol Ricklefs; and his twin brother, David Felts.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Helen Felts, and his brothers, Earl Felts and John Felts.

Doug will be remembered for his sense of humor and his ability to make people laugh. He never missed a chance to share a joke or tell a story. He held a special place in his heart for his nieces and nephews, who all enjoyed a phone call from him.

A celebration of Doug's life will be held at a later date. Chapel Oaks Funeral Home, Hiawatha, is assisting the family.
