Frances Dianne Jones, age 80, passed away on April 3, 2025, at the Prairie Sunset Home in Pretty Prairie, Kansas.

She was born in Carthage, Texas, and married John H. Jones on December 19, 1964. They had been married for 60 years.
Dianne was a homemaker throughout her life. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, deeply devoted to her family and home. She loved to cook and bake and had a talent for turning every house they moved into over the years into a home. Remodeling, furnishing, and making each place warm and welcoming.

She is survived by her husband, John (Butch); her daughter, Lisa; her son, David; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; her sister, Sue; and her brother, Don.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Judy; son, Mike; sister-in-law Charlene; and brother-in-law Larry.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Hiawatha, Kansas. Lunch will be served at 11:00 a.m. at the Eternal Hope Worship Center, followed by visitation at 12:30 p.m. and the service at 1:30 p.m. Burial will follow at the Mt. Hope Cemetery.
