Jack Robert Perez, 57, of Duluth, was found at his home on Saturday, January 23, 2021.

He was born February 16, 1963 in Kansas City, KS, the son of Paul and Marcella Munoz Perez. He graduated from Onaga High School.

Jack had owned and operated his own truck as a long haul truck driver.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Perez.

Survivors include a son, Pat Perez (Tina), Havensville; a daughter, Katherine Perez, his parents, Paul and Marcella Perez, Onaga; one brother, Michael Perez (Georgia), Westmoreland; three sisters, Barbara Alcala (Gene), and Sandy Leroux (Charlie), all of Kansas City, KS, and Karen Carnoali, Pawnee City, NE; and a sister-in-law, Barbara Perez, Onaga.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 30th at the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Onaga. Please wear a mask for the service. Burial will be at a later date in the Onaga Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Jack Perez Memorial Fund, to be used for funeral expenses, and may be sent in care of the funeral home, P.O.
