James Wesley Rupe, 84, longtime resident of Hiawatha, passed away peacefully October 19, 2026, at the Sabetha Manor where he had been a resident a short time.
His wife Barbara Peterson Rupe, recently passed July 30, 2026.
Cremation is planned with a Celebration of Jim's life being planned at First Presbyterian Church in Hiawatha.
Jim's life story will be posted when it becomes available.
