MAYETTA – Marjorie June Rickel, 91, of Mayetta, passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at the Holton Community Hospital.

She was born March 6, 1930 at Hoyt, the daughter of Marvin and Gladys Martin Tuck. She was a graduate of Hoyt High School. June was a homemaker and a farm wife.

She married Charles B. Rickel on December 12, 1949 at the First Baptist Church in Hoyt. He survives, of the home.

Other survivors include three daughters, Deb Rickel, Mayetta, Donnie Taylor, Hoyt and Cindie Bailey, Delia; thirteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 18th at the Hoyt Cemetery. June will lie in state from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday at the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Hoyt.
