MAYETTA – Norma C. Luebbe, 68, of rural Mayetta, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at her home.

She was born December 31, 1954 in Topeka, the daughter of Howard and Florence Feik Ritchey. She graduated from Topeka West High School in 1972.

Norma was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Topeka.

She was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse.

She married Charles J. Luebbe on June 1, 1991 in Topeka. He survives, of the home.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Howard, Jr. and a sister, Sally.

Other survivors include a son, Shane Wettengel (Julie) and a daughter, Erica Fuchs (Bruce), all of Topeka, two brothers, Frank and Floyd, both of Topeka, three sisters, Linda, Barbara and Mary, all of Topeka, five grandchildren, Kyle, Emme, Shalah, Shawna and Jaylen, five great grandchildren, Clover, Archer, Adrian, Dayana and Juliana, and four step-great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Addyson, Justin and Jordan.

No services are planned. Inurnment will be later in the Mayetta Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Norma Luebbe Memorial Fund, to be designated later, and may be sent in care of the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home, PO Box 1034, Holton, KS 66436.
