A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Life Church of the Northland, located at 7206 N Corrington Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64119.

Charles is survived by his significant other Pamela Bridges, twin sons Christopher and Daniel Cottitta, cousins Stacey McFadden, and Frank Renkoski and many others near and dear.

Charles was most recently a Midwest sales representative for Perdomo Cigars.  Prior to that, he founded and served as the CEO of the non-profit organization "Voice of a Generation" which brought military veterans into Kansas City, Missouri public schools.  Previously, Charles also played a large role with the elections for Clay County Commissioner, volunteered as a chaperone for the Honor Flight Network of Kansas City (Heartland Honor Flight) and served on the auxiliary board for St. Luke's Hospital. Additionally, he served as a volunteer for "Shape Fitness" for St. Luke's rehab patients.  He was dedicated and devoted to all his passions. He loved God, fine dining, family, friends, aviation, coffee, wine, history, cigars, nice cars, cats and all types of music.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Honor Flight Network of Kansas City (Heartland Honor Flight), Disabled American Veterans or Wounded Warriors, all of which may be conveniently sent in care of Chapel Oaks Funeral Home (124 S 7th Street, Hiawatha, KS 66434) which is assisting the family with arrangements.

The United States military was near and dear to his heart, therefore, celebrating his life on Veterans Day is well fitting.  He will be missed by all!
